Below some information concerning leisure options in Marsberg and surrounding area.

Culture and places of interest:
Kilianstollen mine, in which copper was quarried. The city is end point of the main foothpath

Eggeweg of the Eggegebirgs association. Diemeltal reservoir (ca. 20 by car)

Sports:
Amongst others this city offers three gymnastics, three soccer pitches (two grass and one artificial grass pitches) just like various gravel, gravel, grass and artificial pitches in individual villages. Futher, a swimming pool with sauna landscpae, tennis courts, a badminton- and tennis centre, a riding school, an archery field and midgetgolf. Next to our hotel you can go (fly-)fishing.

Winter sports:
20 minutes by car to Brilon, (2 lifts, ski run), 30 minutes by car to Willingen, 45 minutes by car to Winterberg.
Events:
The Hunters Feast are well-known in almost any district.

The Hunters Feast is organized once a year in Marsberg, by changing organizers.
